Hello,Dear Nik Payne

I would like to sincerely apologize for the situation that led to my permanent ban.

I share this computer with my brother, and during the PC Check I disabled a Windows Firewall setting without fully understanding what it was or how it could affect the check. I genuinely did not know what this setting was for. My brother and I both use the same computer, and I made a mistake that I deeply regret.

Being permanently banned has upset me a lot, and I respectfully ask for my case to be reviewed again. I understand that the staff must enforce the rules, and I am truly sorry for my actions. There was no intention to break the rules or interfere with the PC Check process.

I kindly ask for a second chance and would greatly appreciate it if my ban could be reconsidered.
