Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2. A)

I want to fix the recent inactivity and gate duty issues, the reason for this is because of poor recent leadership it has not gone as well as it should have and NGs reputation has plummeted, this is a thing that obviously has to change and i feel like my experience from City 1 and my experience as HC already in a state org in City 3 can make me the right man for the job.

I want to implement systems that can help future terms and the smooth running of mine, these systems would revolve around solid gate structure and most importantly smooth departmental operations.

My last reason for wanting to become NG leader is to restore the dignity and reputation the NG once had by bringing in fresh sets of mind and a new leadership style, NG would revolve mostly around protecting our values by behaving like actual soldiers and maintaining good internal relations

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3. A)

I would implement City 1 systems like a type of universal hiring log that would involve DOJ more and battle favoritism and rank chasing. The system would be universal in all the State organizations (Except Lifeinvader) and would be an essential way to identify favoritism and would be a key way to identify rank proofs and fake rank proofs by comparing the rank you received and the last logged rank.

3. B)
I will hold weekly training sessions with other orgs to ensure operational security at events like BM raids, Gang raids etc. By doing the training my own units would also improve and learn vital tactics before they would potentially take the next step up to other LEO orgs.

3. C)
I would firstly hold a meeting alongside all other LEO leaders to make sure we are at an understanding about helping each other succeed instead of the recent greediness I've seen about jurisdiction lately
