Florida was the home of Shotty, and it was a household that seemed to be just one bad week away from losing everything. Through his childhood, his mom worked double shifts because they struggled to pay bills and keep the lights on since his dad’s back injury had left him unable to work construction. As he grew up, the sound of arguments between his parents over overdue bills and not having enough money was always a part of his life. The arguments were not violent, just the exhausting day after day occurrences that drain a family.
Shotty was not one of those kids hustling on the street like many of the kids in his neighborhood. Instead, he watched and learned about how to wash cars, deliver groceries, and valet for very wealthy people, being tipped in one night what his mom worked a full week to earn and that poverty is not a moral condition, just a lack of position. He made the decision to change his position. One of the things that will raise his blood pressure faster than anything is when someone pulls out his upbringing and throws it back at him.

Shotty didn't become a cop to be a good man. He did the math, and a badge would get him access, information, trust - the kinds of things the street would never give. He enlisted in the national guard when he was 21 in search of order, purpose, discipline - anything after watching his family live perpetually in need. The NG helped fill the void for the past few years, a taste of routine he'd never known - and learned how not to fold in the face of trouble. After his service ended, he moved to Vice City when he turned 27, seeking to restart himself. A quick trip to LSPD headquarters and some easily maintained professionalism, he went right through training, where no one saw past his easy-going exterior to how shallow the agency's work actually was for him. Patrolling vice would bring his instinct closer to reality than ever, to understanding the machinations of justice first hand. Within months, the FBI noticed. Here was a quick-witted detective that could spot someone, hold his own in any pressure- cooker environment, and had an eerie affinity for criminal psychology for a clean cut guy. Within the year, shotty moved to FIB where he quickly began making his notes; which people have money, which evidence can be ' lost,' which informants to grease, which to flip for double profit. Shotty, at 44, now plays the cool headed, successful FIB agent on a daily basis. This double life of careful calculation works well enough. Just don't push too hard, don't insult the way he was raised and he may do something impulsive and reckless.
Outcomes:
1) Shotty can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Shotty is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3) Shotty can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
