Hello,
I am writing to appeal the decision regarding a complaint I filed yesterday, which was rejected by the administrator "Erfan Reis" on the grounds that there was no audio in the POV.
In my initial report, I explained the situation: my microphone was positioned away from me, and due to having played for eight hours, I was wearing my headset in a non-standard way. As a result, the audio in the provided footage is distorted and difficult to hear. I apologize for this technical issue.
However, the lack of clear audio does not negate the Powergaming violation committed by the NG soldier. The officer forced me to run while handcuffed for over 1 minute and 30 seconds, which is a clear rule break regardless of the audio quality.
I would like to clarify that if reviewed further, there are segments later in the full footage where my voice is audible and understandable. I kindly request that you reconsider the decision and take the necessary disciplinary action against the NG soldier for Powergaming and FailRP. The footage clearly shows the prohibited actions taking place, regardless of the audio status.
I respectfully request a re-evaluation of this decision. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Proper decisions taken, lack of audio, lagging POV and any other reasons that prevent the admin to properly review the Evidence provided may and are negate the rejection of a complaint!
