Dear Admin Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against the NG personnel with ID 149879. Please note that the audio in the provided POV may sound distorted because my microphone was positioned away from my headset during this session; however, all in-character interactions are captured in the full recording.
The incident unfolded as follows:

1. Unjust Detention: I was detained while heading to an event due to an illegal vest. However, this location is not an authorized NG detention zone, and I posed no security threat.
2. Fail RP & Lack of Professionalism: The assigned soldier (ID 149879) failed to communicate effectively throughout the entire process. He removed me from the vehicle without any explanation, dragged me across uneven terrain, and attempted to release me by calling a taxi, demonstrating a complete lack of knowledge regarding proper arrest procedures.
3. Powergaming (PG): Between 03:20 and 04:50 in the POV, the soldier engaged in clear Powergaming. While my hands were cuffed, he ran for one and a half consecutive minutes while dragging me by the arm to the SAHP HQ.
4. Procedural Failure: When questioned, the soldier claimed, "I am NG, I do not perform arrests." If that is the case, LT General Rudra should have coordinated the transfer via department communications. No such communication occurred, and proper protocols were completely ignored.

This situation reflects a significant failure in the NG’s internal management. The soldier’s ignorance of basic arrest procedures combined with the displayed Powergaming and Fail RP constitutes a serious breach of server rules. I request a detailed review of this footage and appropriate disciplinary action against the individual and the NG command.
