Hello,

I would like to report what appears to be repeated targeting and abuse of the fine system.

Yesterday, I was fined by Levi Optimus (ID 223466) while he was off duty. I submitted a forum complaint regarding that incident, and the complaint was accepted and the player was punished.

Dear Admin, As you can see in the given POV Id "223466" fines my car wanted while Off duty, I request the admins to take serious action aganist him. Thank you.

However, on the same day, while I was completely offline, I received two additional fines of $15,000 each from Whiterose ZoRo and Berlin Mikealson. I assume these officers are associated with Levi Optimus because these fines were issued shortly after my previous complaint against him. I have never received fines while being offline before, which makes this situation highly suspicious.

These fines were issued using my vehicle's license plate information. At the time the fines were issued, I was not online and my vehicle was not being driven or taken out. I do not have a wife or I own family, so nobody could have been using the vehicle on my behalf.

Today, after logging in, I discovered those fines and also obtained bodycam evidence showing Levi Optimus (ID 223466) issuing another $15,000 fine while off duty. The bodycam clearly shows his ID and the fact that he was not on duty when issuing the fine. Additionally, the vehicle plate that he mentioned in the fine was not even taken out at that time, making the fine completely unjustified.

Considering that:

1. Levi Optimus was already punished for a similar violation.
2. Multiple fines were issued while I was offline by Whiterose ZoRo and Berlin Mikealson.
3. I have never previously received fines while being offline.
4. Another off-duty fine was issued by Levi Optimus afterward.
5. The vehicle involved was not even taken out at the time of the latest fine.

I believe this is a clear case of targeted and abuse of powers through the fine system. I respectfully request that the administration review the logs, the fines issued against me, and the attached evidence, and take appropriate action against all involved players.

Clarification regarding the POV:

I would like to clarify something about the bodycam to avoid any misunderstanding.

After I was fined near the bank, I immediately started driving to a specific location where I usually see Levi Optimus because I wanted to confront him about the fine. While I was on my way there, I saw someone riding an orange monowheel and wearing the same outfit that Levi Optimus regularly uses, which is how I recognized him.
I recognized him based on his usual outfit, the orange monowheel, and the location where I frequently see him. I wanted to mention this beforehand so there is no misunderstanding when reviewing the POV.
