Rejected Ban for gr 1.4 and 1.8 I emad pluxury

i got banned from more than a 2years ago for breaking rules of gr1.4 I GR1.8 i wasnt know that multy account are forbbiden in the server i wasnt even know the rules of the server i remember that i create my 3rd and 4rd account when i format my pc i forget my accounts i create this new 2 than i found my main account email so i was playing with my main until one day emad pluxury come to pc check me and he ask if i have more than 2 accounts i tell him the truth that i wasnt know the rules and i make that 2 accouts when i forget my main account after that he tell me i cant do anything than he ban me
now i am here to see if i have any chance to get unbanned on only my main account and that screen shot is from a long ago now i dont have the lancher thats why i cant take a screenshot

Try to appeal your punishment please when we will start amnesty week as the chance of your account getting unbanned will be much more higher
