As can be seen in my POV, after I collided with the player using my vehicle, he got out of his car and took out a weapon for no apparent reason. I approached him, and without giving me any demand, he opened fire on me, which is a violation of the RDM rule. Immediately after that, he said "sus lan" in Turkish, which is considered an insulting and disrespectful expression. I would like this player to receive the appropriate punishments for these rule violations.
