Rejected Cheats (70838) + RDM (108950)

I just came in city after code a at prison protection at . So this guy (70838) just teleported to me in prison protection from a different roof . After dying there i was coming to DOC from SH to get on duty for the upcoming event where i saw one of my units in my map so i was going to there and then he left so i started running again towards doc where this yellow car guy (108950) first did VDM with me so that i will fall down and he will easily shoot me , then he shoot me without demands and did RDM there . Proofs are provided .
