I had been banned for cheating before, but I wasn’t actually using cheats. I requested a review of my account, and my ban was lifted due to an issue with a cheating Discord server. However, when I first started playing the game, someone had added me to that server; as soon as I realized it was a cheat server, I left immediately; I was never an admin on that illegal Discord server. That server had been added to the list of authorized apps on Discord without my knowledge. I haven’t been able to play Grand for 6 months—I really need this project; I can’t live without this game. Grand is the only game I play—I don’t play any other games and I don’t know anything else. Please give me this chance; there were no cheats when the PC check was performed, and I have never used cheats. I believe you can give me this chance—I will definitely not let you down and I will play the game honestly. Ever since I was banned from the Grand server (Discord account), I don’t know when Pardon Week will come—is there any chance you could lift my ban? I really just want to play the game for this amazing project and return to the old community with my old friends; I don’t enjoy any other games. Please lift my ban—you can even reset my balance to zero, but please lift my ban; you can reset everything for me.
