The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Over the past several weeks, FIB and LEO organizations have had a lot of success in operations against Crime organizations (GANGs) which lit a fire in them and they are out trying to find a way to get revenge on FIB aswell as the LEOs. They have also arrested several of the high ranking members in criminal organizations which led to losing people who lead their crimes. So they studied the routine of the FIB director by sending a spy to watch him and what he does in his day. After a week of being spied on (By an informant from the FIB, a corrupt agent) they concluded that the FIB director has a habit of going to the highway several times through out the day. Using that information that they gained through spying on him they plan a way to kidnap the FIB director on the highway and take him as a hostage. Which then they will take him back to FIB headquarters and call the agents of FIB and other LEO orgs to negotiate for the FIB director (FIB will also drop department and global for other Orgs to come and know where everything is happening). Once negotiation is done they manage to get what they wanted which is taking over FIB HQ in return they gave them the FIB director back. While having this opportunity they go into the HQ and start downloading all the classified assets that is stored on the FIB database and try to seize all classified information there including their future plans. While they are attempting to seize the data FIB and other LEO orgs will try to breach and take back their HQ before they steal everything stored in the database. The download will take 10 minutes to be complete which then the GANGs will also need to defend themselves and their people so they can be successful in their mission.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEO orgs are supposed to negotiate with the Gang members to take back the director and then fight for the HQ to keep the data safe
GANGs need to kidnap the FIB director successfully, negotiate with the leos, and attempt to defend the HQ for 10 minutes so they can have all the data and classified information from the HQ.

LSPD

NG
SAHP
Vagos
Marabunta
Families
Admin Requirements:
Remove the green zone from FIB HQ for the duration of the event
Ensure that the event goes well smoothly and safely
Monitor the negotiation and start the 10 minute timer as soon as the battle for the HQ begins
Make sure everyone remains within the event boundaries.
How is the event won?
If the LEOs manage to take back the HQ before the 10 minute timer is complete and all data has been stolen, then LEOs will win.
If the GANGs manage to defend the HQ for 10 minutes and successfully seize the data, The GANGs will end up winning the event.
Prize for the winner:
$200,000 to every leader from the winning side (If LEOS win 200,000 will be given to every leader in LEO side, If gangs win 200,000 will be given to each leader of each gang organization)
