Unban appeal:
Hello dear project management,
I am now describing a concern that is really troubling me.
Background:
My main account on the German server DE03, which has now been registered for over 5 years and is therefore my main account, was permanently banned for cheating. The problem here is that I have not cheated on any of my German accounts, namely DE01, DE03, DE04.
In addition, I also have English accounts, registered on servers EN02 and EN03.
The actual problem:
About 800 days ago, I was banned for cheating on my EN02 account for unexplained reasons. Then the situation escalated and I was subsequently banned on EN03 for cheating on EN02.
Then about 300 days passed during which I could still play on my German accounts. About 80-100 days ago, I was banned on my DE03 account for rage cheating on EN02, allegedly for 60 days, which is my main account.
On DE01 and DE04, I was banned for the same reason but for 9999 days. Which basically means perma. About 60 days ago, I got banned for 9999 days on my main account (11302, DE03), BUT for cheating, not for cheating on EN02. On this account, I didn’t get a cheating ban from DE03, but because of something on EN02, although that’s not mentioned in the ban reason.
So now my question is:
How is it possible that if you get banned on a server EN02 for cheating, you can get banned on German servers and on your main, which has existed for half a decade, for an unexplained reason that lacks any context.

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize if I have knowingly or unknowingly violated any rules or policies. It was never my intention to gain an unfair advantage or negatively impact the experience of other players.
I kindly ask you to review my case once again. To the best of my knowledge, I have never used cheats or any unauthorized third-party software. If there has been a misunderstanding or an incorrect detection, I would greatly appreciate a manual review of my account.
My account has been with me for many years and holds significant personal value due to the time and effort I have invested in it. For that reason, I sincerely hope you will consider taking another look at my case. If I have unintentionally violated any rules, I truly regret it and assure you that I will be even more careful to follow all policies in the future.
I fully respect the decisions of the support team and the measures taken to maintain a fair gaming environment. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I truly appreciate your consideration.
