I created a forum requesting the POV. However Chief Normen stated that POVs can only be requested for circle events.
I would like to seek clarification regarding this as Event Rule 1.7 states: all participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours."

From my understanding, the rule says "all events under all spheres" and does not specifically limit POV requests to circle events.

also the ACC event have the parameter which is not visible and its not a scripted event too
