Dear management team... I was just about to log into my account when I suddenly encountered this screen; the "ban date" appears as December 6, 2024, yet no reason is specified. I would like to point out that I did not even own a computer at that time; therefore, it is impossible for me to have created this account during that period. I believe this ban is an error and request a re-evaluation of the situation; furthermore, if this ban is indeed a mistake, I request compensation for the "Grand Coin" event that I missed.
