2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
( 2.1 ) I have been trying to be a leader of a gang for some time now but now I think I have a very good chance of being the leader of a gang that has been very strong for the past term. If I get this term of the The Ballas Gang I will make sure to prove myself to everyone in the city including the administration team. I will try my best to make the gang as active as possible and do as many events as possible.
( 2.2 ) Ballas had an active and successful last term and I want to make this term the same as it was and better. I know I have the skills to lead the organization because even though I haven't had the deputy rank in any of the gangs but that is only because I haven't come on time to get it. But either way I was leading a few events and helping leader with other stuff so I believe and know that I have the skills to lead this organization.
( 2.3 ) Ballas deserve to have another great term. Also my goals are to make Ballas the best out of all the other gangs in the city by attending all gang events, doing hostage sits, robbing people in ghetto and highway, doing Store Robberies, doing FZ Raids, and by doing all that my biggest goal of all is to reach terrorist organization. Making every single other gang and leo in city fear purple. I believe that with the knowledge that I have now I can become a leader. If I get selected as Leader, I promise that I will show respect to everyone and not be bias.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
( 3.1 ) I will make sure hire people with at least some rule knowledge so we don't break any rules during any event or any gang activity.
( 3.2 ) We will try to do max activity as possible, and throughout doing so I will make sure there is no rule break whatsoever.
( 3.3 ) Toxicity, Favouritism and Gang Hoppers wont be tolerated in my gang and I will make sure that doesn't happen by always checking gang logs.
( 3.4 ) I will make sure every single person gets a bonus after every event that we win. n
