I would like to respectfully ask a question regarding the forum rules and seek your guidance. Excluding major violations such as forum ban evading, I am wondering if there is a specific expiration date or time limit for punishments related to standard forum rules, like Rule 5, Rule 8, or Rule 2.

As players, we grow, learn the rules much better over time, and become more responsible. Is it possible to have some flexibility or a time limit for minor mistakes made months ago for example, 5 months ago out of carelessness or lack of knowledge? I kindly request a review on how older posts are handled regarding warnings.
