In this thread you can see ID 528316 violating GR 6.15 cause he started shooting me without any demands and later when I made him unconscious and tried to arrest him he left the game. But the administrator did not punish him for violating GR 6.15 and only punished him for GR 6.2 I want you to re-review the thread and make a fair decision cause I can see the guy violating GR 6.15
