Hello Lebron,
I am writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding how admins are enforcing rules on the RS server, and potentially on others as well.
As you know, the Metagaming (MG) rule states that the Prime Chat is strictly Out Of Character (OOC). However, there is a clear inconsistency in how this is being moderated. Whenever admins change the weather to rain, multiple players type "gasi kisu" (turn off the rain) directly into the Prime Chat. Because weather is an In-Game (IC) world element, discussing it or reacting to it in an OOC chat is a direct violation of the Metagaming rule.
Despite this, admins do not punish players for these comments. Meanwhile, if a player mentions any other IC element in Prime Chat, they are immediately penalized.
This double standard feels highly unfair. The rules should apply equally to everyone at all times.
