Dear Adham Pluxury, I was unfairly banned on the second day of the Grand Coin event, and no reason was provided to me. Although my ban was lifted following the forum post I submitted Forum, I missed the Grand Coin event and did not receive the Grand Coins I was entitled to. I am requesting compensation.
