What happen to the time when admins would allow 6 hours to respond to see the other side of things instead of just jailing...

We got in gun fight in ghetto, left to get more armor when we started getting VDM'd by some dude...then this guy in the P1 comes and hits us as well.
I am not sure if he's with the first guy or not but I am not about to start asking while getting hit with cars. You can see I miss every shot even after that this man goes on the highway (perfect high ground to kill us or plenty of time to just leave if you weren't with the first guy ) but he decides to comes back to start talking shit and tells me to shut the fuck up....

He could've left, we didn't chase him around. He had plenty of time to leave the situation if he was not involved but coming back tells me you were with the first guy who was VDM'ing us so i killed him.

You can hear the conversation between me and my friend trying to pass vest around and even are planning to leave so we can just pass vest somewhere else before this man comes back. He asked why we shot him, we answered him then he speaks over us and tells us to shut the fuck up. After he hit us with his car & we shot at him... This man clearly was not fearful of his life . Why even come back?
