He was abusing his armored car to avoid getting shots, Demands were given to him to leave the area in the start of the Video and he replied with Shoot shoot.
Later i Myself gave him demands, instead of leaving the situation right away, he kept talking and Moving his car slowly knowing that he will not get any shots.
If it was someone with a normal car, we would have easily shot him down and could have arrested for Failure to comply.

Not a offtopic : I dont know its bulletproof car as it is a normal to me when they said to me to leave i started roteting the car leave ,
