slimey nocap was born and raised in los santos. life was never easy for him, his family didnt have much money and most days were spent just trying to get by. his parents worked long hours, but it was still difficult to pay bills and keep food on the table. because of that, slimey learned from a young age that nothing in life would ever be handed to him.
as he got older he stayed away from gangs even though many people aaround him joined them instead he spent most of his time working out going to school and trying to build a better future for himself he wanted to prove that someone from his neighborhood could make something of themselves if they worked hard enough
after finishing school slimey applied to the united states secret service the training wasnt easy but he pushed through every challenge and eventually earned his badge his supervisors saw him as someone who stayed calm under pressure thought quickly and always got the job done he was proud of what he had achieved and believed he had finally escaped the life he grew up in.
over the years things started to change he met powerful people who seemed to get away with almost anything because they had money or connections after seeing it happen again .. aaand again he sloswly lost faith in the system he started thinkingg that honesty didnt didnt always pay off and that ppeople with power made their own rules
eventually slimey began making decisions for his own benefit he accepted money in exchange for looking the other way from time to time and quietly built connections with criminals while keeping his reputation clean to everyone else he is still a professional secret service agent but behind the badge he now believes surviving in los santos means taking every opportunity you can get..

after slimey graduated and passed all the requirements he joined the united states secret service and started learning how everything worked at first he actually enjoyed the job and wanted to do everything by the book he spent long hours training doing paperwork protecting important people and helping other officers whenever they needed it his supervisors trusted him because he always stayed calm under pressure and never backed away from difficult situations
after a while things started changing the longer he stayed in the organization the more he noticed that people with money or connections always seemed to get treated differently he watched criminals walk free while smaller criminals got punished for less and it slowly made him stop caring about doing the right thing he started believing that the system wasnt fair and if everyone else was looking after themselves then he should too
it started with small favors here and there looking the other way for some cash then taking bribes from people that promised nobody would ever find out eventually he made contacts with criminals and started helping them whenever there was something in it for him he always made sure nobody could connect anything back to him and kept acting like the perfect secret service agent around everyone else by now slimey has built himself a reputation inside the organization as someone loyal and hardworking but behind closed doors he only cares about making money and protecting himself no matter who gets hurt
