Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2A.
During my time in the server ive served as leader a number of times. ive served as the SAHP sheriff for 2 terms And the FIB Director for 4 Terms. my terms are known for being RP rich and very active which is a standart. in the past few terms of state from many orgs, ive seen ranks being given with no interviews, people arrest with no knowledge and many server rules getting violated weve made a few improvements in the last term, however i feel a lot can be implemented more. FIB is about to change. if i get elected as leader - i will make sure everyone has to fill an application and get interviewed for their positions. ranks will be sorted in a system that takes into consideration activity professionalism and work. this will be evaluated by HR, a 3rd party from GOV and Me.

2B. As i have real life commanding LEO experience, i would like to match the RP in the server to what it would have been in real life. i would like to implement a few changes. First of all, Negotiations - as this is the backbone of RP situations with the gangs. i would implement actual Police Academy process - which means people would have to put in decent work to become officers. i would make High command positions actually mean something, command officers would have an actual impact on officers. LT's would have to attend a special LT Course which they can fail adding risk and reward. (people without the LT course wont be able to be present as high commands).
i would also like to make negotiations as realistic as possible. i will make sure everyone closes a perimiter, that there is always an EMS at the scene, and new negotiation ways. for example via a phone call and many more ways to negotiate and innovate in that department.

2C. FIB's RP was pretty simmilar to LSPD and SAHP, i would like to change it and intrudoce back Warrant busts, sting operations, Drug Busts, State Federal Police Patrol (Statewide patrol) . i would also like to utilize the Sitting with hands on head emote for multiple situations. I would also change the casefile IC system - the way to submit evidence will be much more realistic. i would also intreduce incident reports in there agents have to provide a detailed report of an event including 1 valid bodycam from the situation (the highest in command should fill the report) , and if permitted by curators, a document or discord thread which logs a persons mug shot and crimes committed with ID and picture.

I would also like to change the ranking system.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3. Shift Focus from "Winning" to "Scenario-Building".
Nowadays all LEOs care about is winning every scenario and every event. im about to change it by implementing all the changes stated above + being stricted with hiring, i want people to say i enjoyed this situation and not be toxic it was lost.
Radio codes will be back! communication will be back! Coordination with other state orgs also is very important. we will utilize the department more during situations!
