- Experiences: Having performed successfully in my position in the Creative department made it possible for me to move up to the Director’s position. This experience has provided me with an insight into how LifeInvader functions, and what should be improved strategically throughout the organisation.
- Better understanding of city: I became familiar with city operations through my work which involved direct interaction with different peoples and organizations. The results of my work allow me to create solutions which help both LifeInvader and the people who live in the city.
- Vision for Lifeinvader: My vision for Lifeinvaders is that to make this organization shine and greatest of all by taking care of departments carefully and improving relatationships b/w all the department and make sure that there is no corruption and chaos b/w departments and employess.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
In order to transform LifeInvader into a much more dynamic and credible platform to be used every day, I intend to revamp the reporting style as well as engage the public more actively. This can be done through the following strategies:
- Dynamic Media Reporting: Introducing 24/7 continuous reporting and Q&A sessions with city authorities.
- More Public Service Functions: From just being a mechanic to delivering important public messages, dealing with emergencies and organizing community events.
- Public Interaction: Creating links with the public so that citizens stay informed and united.
By these means, LifeInvader will move from being a mere service provider to an important and credible source of information about the city.
My Plans for improving all the departments :-
For ADS - For ADS department, there will be 2 shifts as Day shift and Night shift, i will make sure that around 5-7 Employees always work.
For Creative - For Creative department, I will make sure to put Higher Commands that will make sure that all the mails works and IC work like Broadcast and events will go smoothly without any interruption and my vision is to do more then 2-3 Events every week (Excluding Talent show).
For Journalism - For journalism department, My vision to maintain the quality of articles and Interview throught my term to make sure that citizen get the authentic info and video interviews.
My Plans to improve the Motivation amoung employess :-
- Firstly, I will try to do Internal events amoung employees to maintain their spirit of work.
- Secondly, I will give rewards to the best employees from all the departments.
- Third, I will talk with every employee personally at specific time to make sure that everything is going smoothly under the departments.
