Hello,

I submitted an IP address change request approximately one year ago because my IP address had changed at that time. I believed the issue had already been resolved, as I continued playing without any problems.

I was surprised to receive this ban now. I have always been the only person using this account and have never shared it with anyone. If any additional information or verification is needed, I am happy to provide it.
