2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I served a good time in legal organizations and gave my good. Now its the time to apply for leadership as I can handle state org with great firm and knowledge. I also played in legal orgs on en2 and as a Lawyer as well. So I know how to behave as a state employee. I gave my 100% to state. I want to become leader of FIB because FIB is a powerfull org in Los Santos as compared to immunity. They have power. I will build great relation with other orgs.
- I wanna make the FIB again remarkable in the City and will hire those peoples those wanna join FIB as willing. I will fulfill dreams of citizens but according to the requirments. FIB has its own name in City but it needs someone that can rule it.
- I want to increase the RP by doing good negotiations with gangs because in some situations some leos dont do well. So in my term first of all i will teach my staff what we have to do in these situations and personally will give training to Highcommand. So that they can train good staff. I will make FIB again the best State Org ever.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will give good bonuses to those who will give their 100%.
- I will hire good staff and personally give training to some higher ranks like HR and IA so that they can manage.
- I will increase relation between other orgs by meeting them regularly.
- I will make sure that my org is doing best in every situation.
- I will not compromise on bad behaviours because it damage RP.
- I will increase the courage of my team and build confidence in them by giving them chance.
