Dear Admins as you can see at the start of the clip i was near a parking lot because thats where i last tracked a wanted criminal, i had reasonable suspicion that there may be a car nearby which belongs to that wanted criminal, so thats why i demanded this car to pull over to identify the driver and the passenger.

at timestamp 0:27 i may be seen UB driving im not sure whether its actually even consider UB in this scenario because i was in active hot pursuit, i did hesitated a bit before but then i decided to go for it as it will give the suspect a chance to run away, so i hope you'll forgive me for this. at last when i got their car pinned down the driver did CL to avoid RP consequences.
