2. Why do you want to become the Leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau?

Reason 1
I want to lead an organized, disciplined, and professional FIB where every member follows server rules, legislation, and departmental procedures. A well-managed organization creates better roleplay for both state employees and civilians. My previous High Command experience in SAHP, LSPD, Government, and FIB has given me the knowledge and leadership skills required to successfully manage the organization.

Reason 2
During my time in state organizations, I noticed that many members understand server rules but struggle with legislation, investigations, and proper law enforcement procedures. If selected as Leader, I will focus on improving officer knowledge through practical training sessions, ensuring every agent is capable of handling situations professionally and confidently.

My goal is to create a united and active FIB where teamwork, communication, and respect are the foundation of every operation. I want every member to enjoy working together while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization

Conduct regular training sessions covering arrests, investigations, tactical situations, hostage negotiations, legislation, and communication skills to improve overall roleplay quality.

Organize joint operations with SAHP, LSPD, NG, EMS, and Government to strengthen coordination between state organizations and create realistic roleplay scenarios.

Introduce weekly evaluations and promotion ceremonies to recognize active and dedicated members, encouraging consistent activity and motivation.

Maintain a fair bonus and reward system for hardworking agents while ensuring promotions are based on performance, discipline, and contribution to the organization.

Encourage professionalism, teamwork, and respect within the organization so every member feels valued and motivated to contribute to FIB's success.
