it's not only an IC rule break, it's OOC rule break as well to add someone in a wanted list and track the "target" without ANY trackable device. such as : cellphone, tablet, computer ; anything that has connection .
this is not the first time when FIB is abusing script (adding 5 stars with PDA) and farming paycheck (if you're specops, you get a special money bonus) without thinking whether it's ok or not.
that's failRP when you have powers and you do it because you can.
sh$%ing in another player RP "because I can" is absolutely not OK at all.
and chasing someone knowing his ingame ID is metagaming. without knowing anything about me, I'm wearing a mask, I always change my clothes and etc. and they just chase my SSN, not my IC character.. that's beyond any level of stupidity.

it wasn't coincidence, he wanted to get me, but he failed (as they always do) on the second video, my friend was flying a heli and watching all the situation below. his map blip is even visible on my bodycam in my minimap
just because they don't get punished ICly, they feel free to do any org related thing. abusing PDA or org scripts.
"I do, because I can" - that's not RP, that's not even trolling, that's something that makes people go away from RP and I want maximum punishment for them.
both POV are long enough and shows clear RP and OOC situations. (both are +1 minute)
I haven't seen or read anywhere that whatever org or person is, mustn't stay unpunished according to the server rules.
