2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of this organization because gangs currently are dead and weak and it’s one sided how Leo’s are outnumbering the criminals and winning most of the events.
I have been leader of ballas, marabunta, and families as well as deputy in every gang except for families so that shows I have a lot of experience in gangs and many people in the server know me so they would join my term just because I’m leader and ofc the term would be active and fun and would bring a lot of activity and roleplay to the server which is a lot of fun for all players.
At some point I wanted to be leader of all gangs but I don’t want to anymore and I don’t really like vagos yellow but bloods red and an organization that I haven’t been leader in and it’s usually the most popular gang and lot of people always join it even if the leader is just some random guy that not many people know, just imagine if I became the leader.
And of course my deputies would be hand picked by me and will be the highest quality of deputies with glorious experience such as my goat Mike White and Saint Opps and Bob Hill, sadly Bob doesn’t play much now but has excellent deputy experiences and skills.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Some advice that I have that are good to improve Roleplay level are for players to not be afraid to use Roleplay commands and get creative with it while keeping in mind all rules and not misusing it.
Another advice I have is to strategize with other organizations and gangs to execute their plans more successfully in events which can be an awesome experience for all members involved.
One other advice that I always liked is when criminals and corrupt Leo’s (with bio ofc) work with gangs and exchange information and help each other, this seems like a fun thing to do and it’s a creative way to use a bio and it’s definitely some quality roleplay.
Some of the goals that I have for this term:
could try to get 100% turf
Lot of numbers at events
Win every event in the term (yes, everything)
Max or nearly max spray profits every hour
