Hello Dear Admins, I would like to report an issue regarding player Lucan Rydell (formerly Yash Rich, ID: 37240). A member of my family, Yash Rich, needed money to purchase a house and promised to return the amount after the house auction or within a few days. Because of this, my friend and I deposited money into the family balance. Later, with the approval of the family leader, Yash withdrew the money. However, when I asked him to return the borrowed amount, he repeatedly stated that he did not have the money and provided various excuses. After some time, he claimed that another player, Xanthic Wild (ID: 80815), would provide the money and settle the debt. Unfortunately, that player has been inactive for several months and has not logged into the game. Despite multiple requests, I have still not received my money back. The player has since changed his in-game name from Yash Rich to Lucan Rydell, but the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request the administration to review this situation, check any relevant logs if necessary, and provide a fair resolution. Thank you for your time and consideration.
