Rejected Off-duty PDA use (2x), refusing to show ID | ID #120982

Org member (Lifeinvader?) showed up where we were fishing, my mini-car next to us. He dips into his PDA at 0:07, why or for what reason who knows; he approaches and asks if it's my car, I say yes, PDA comes out again. He comes close to bordering on rule 1.11 making inquiries on the contents of my trunk (which you can see IN the footage), having zero reason to question people just standing around fishing.

Li dont have uniform plus they r private org nor legal nor gang .

They have pda but its only for editing ad nothing else

They can work anywhere any time they want

As it was said they r not legal so its their choice to show id or not but only time they have to show id is when an LEO asks for their id when they r present at crime scene to cover article

As being EX LI curator I would like to tell u LI cannot search any person on pda or any car, they have full right to open pda anytime and edit ads, LI doesn't count as leo org so they are not bounded to show the ID. Lifeinvader is a private company.
