I would like to report all of the players involved in this incident.

As shown in the video evidence, they intentionally used CR (Car Ramming) against me and forced my character into a situation where I was killed. This was not an accident—it was a deliberate action that directly led to my death.

I also believe their actions constitute FailRP, as they acted in a completely unrealistic manner by intentionally using a vehicle to force my death instead of engaging in proper roleplay.

Because of this incident, I lost all of the weapons and ammunition I was carrying. Since my death was caused by a clear rule violation, I would also like to request the restoration of the weapons and ammunition that I lost.

I respectfully ask the administration to carefully review the evidence, take the appropriate action against everyone involved, and restore the items I lost as a result of these rule violations.

There was no fail rp in this situation, you were getting arrested for open carrying and failure to comply.

I would also like to point out that you are decieving administrators, you combat logged right after we put you in cuffs, which you cut out in the bodycam. You yourself were doing fail RP since you were using a bug to avoid an RP situation, as soon as we werent looking, you tried to run away, which shows you were abusing the bug all along.
I myself see that you broke rules Fail-RP, bug abuse, decieving adminitrators, and AI generating forms.

First of all, the location where this incident happened is not a Red Zone, so I was under no obligation to get out of my vehicle immediately. Remaining inside my car was not a violation of any RP rule.

The video clearly shows that you intentionally rammed my vehicle with yours (Car Ramming / CR). Instead of continuing the roleplay properly, you chose to use your vehicle to force the situation. That is exactly what my complaint is about.

You are also accusing me of bug abuse without any evidence. If you believe I exploited a bug, that is a separate matter for the administrators to investigate. It does not justify using your vehicle to kill or force my character.

Regarding FearRP, my actions were consistent with trying to survive the situation. Staying inside my vehicle and attempting to avoid being run over or unlawfully forced out is not FailRP. On the contrary, using a vehicle as a weapon in this situation breaks immersion and is not realistic roleplay.

Finally, trying to discredit my report by claiming it was AI-generated is completely irrelevant. Whether a report is written by me or with the assistance of AI does not change the facts shown in the evidence. The video speaks for itself, and it clearly shows the vehicle ramming.

We were arresting you for open carrying and failure to compy so we had the right to tell you to get out of the vehicle since it was an RP situation, it does not need to be in a red zone.

You were abusing the bug of being immune to gunshots clearly shown in the video, you did not try to engage in the RP, you abused it to get away. Staying in your vehicle to avoid being arrested using a bug where you are immune to damage is bug abuse.

Your response still does not address the main issue of my report.

First, this was not a Red Zone. Being told to exit my vehicle does not automatically mean I am required to comply instantly. Roleplay is expected to develop naturally, and remaining inside my vehicle is not, by itself, a rule violation.

Second, the vehicle I was using is an armored vehicle. It is designed to withstand gunfire. Simply because bullets were not immediately effective does not mean I was abusing a bug. Unless the administration confirms that a game bug was involved, claiming that I was exploiting one is only your assumption.

If you believe I abused a bug, you are free to report it, and the administrators will decide that separately. However, that does not excuse violating other server rules during this RP.

The evidence in my report clearly shows that you intentionally used your vehicle to ram mine in order to force the situation instead of continuing the RP properly. That is the reason for this complaint.

Finally, whether my forum post was written with the assistance of AI has absolutely no relevance to the incident itself. The forum rules are for the administrators to enforce if necessary, but bringing that up does not change what happened in the video. The evidence should be evaluated based on the actions shown, not on how the report was written.

I will leave the final judgment to the administrators, as they can review all available evidence and determine whether server rules were followed by both sides.
