I strongly disagree with the issued punishment, as I believe there was no rule violation on my side.

First of all, this was not a Red Zone, therefore there was no automatic obligation for me to exit my vehicle. I was inside an armored vehicle, and remaining inside it during an active RP situation is a completely valid and realistic reaction.

There is no server rule that forces a player to exit a protected or armored vehicle without proper escalation or a valid RP reason. In a real-life scenario, it is also reasonable for a person to stay inside a reinforced vehicle instead of stepping out immediately under unknown threats.

I did not troll, I did not provoke any situation, and I did not intentionally break any RP rules. I was simply staying inside my vehicle and responding to the situation as it developed.

I also did not avoid any RP situation. I remained present in the scenario and did not attempt to escape the interaction unfairly.

For these reasons, I believe the punishment under GR 6.21 and GR 6.2 was not justified, and I respectfully request a full re-evaluation of the evidence.

I didn't add this vehicle to the game. When it first came out, I asked the administrator and they said you don't need to get out of the vehicle; normally that's how it should be, unless someone has a mental problem, nobody gets out of a vehicle in real life either.

I understand that it shouldn't be used to gain an advantage in the red zone, and I agree that trolling and provocation shouldn't be allowed, but I absolutely do not accept getting out of an armored vehicle without a reason.

Hello,

I would like to respectfully appeal my punishment for “Deceiving”.

I strongly disagree with this punishment as I did not intentionally provide false or misleading information to staff at any point. My explanation of the situation was based on my perspective during a fast-moving and confusing RP scenario. If any part of my statements appeared incorrect, it was not an attempt to deceive administrators, but rather a misunderstanding of the situation in real time.

At no point did I try to manipulate the situation or provide false information to avoid punishment. I have always tried to cooperate with staff and follow server rules properly.

I respectfully request that the entire evidence, including this new video, be reviewed before a final decision is made.

I am fully willing to clarify anything needed and cooperate with the administration team.

It's incredibly frustrating as someone who just wants to drive on the server and keeps getting banned. I don't want to get involved in any fights; I just want to drive, and they won't even let me do that. Even though I record videos of all the unfair treatment I receive throughout the day, I don't upload them unless I'm the one being penalized. I don't want anyone else to be penalized; as someone who's only interested in cars, I don't deserve any of this.

GR6.21 clearly states you cannot at all abuse an armored vehicle, which you did. They could not interact with you.
