The forum where I was banned :Approved - Mass Targeting | Noxus Family
This is the only perspective for which I received a penalty on the forum I linked above. :

The reason I received a targeting penalty was that I had committed a VDM twice. I was in the wrong and I’m truly sorry; I shouldn’t have done it. I promise you won’t have to deal with a situation like this again.
