Dear Moe,

First of all, hello. You banned me for racism the other day, and I was removed from the game. It was a rule violation; I used a racist word, but I am very regretful and I think 30 days is too long. However, it's up to you. I miss my friends and I want to participate in events. Please shorten my ban. I really miss the EN1 server and I want to play. Please reduce the duration or remove it altogether. It's been about a week since I've been away from the game. Please have a good day.
