Hello LeBron,

I would like to explain the situation regarding my ban.

I was banned because of a refund. It was only after I looked into it that I understood what a refund actually means and the consequences that come with it.

The Grand Coins were originally purchased for me by a friend. After he found out that I had been banned for Support Ban Evading, he decided on his own to charge back the payment. I did not ask him to do this, and I was not aware that he was going to do it.

I understand that a chargeback is not acceptable and can be considered fraud. I sincerely apologize for what happened. It was never my intention to cause any financial loss to the server or the staff team.

If possible, I am more than willing to repay the full amount as soon as I receive my money. I would like to make up for the damage that was caused.

I know that my chances of being unbanned are probably very low after this incident. However, I kindly ask you to review my case one more time and, if possible, give me one final chance. I have learned from this situation and will make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.

Since the action was carried out without my knowledge, I would greatly appreciate a second chance. I would of course only transfer the outstanding amount once the money has been received in my account.

If necessary, I would also be fine with my account being reset so that I can start again from scratch.

Maybe you could also take another look at who the Grand Coins were donated through.
