Hello Lebron,
I opened my last appeal 15 days ago. My intention is not to spam; I heard about the amnesty week and wanted to submit an appeal. First of all, I would like to apologize to the administration team and to the chiefs for my repeated appeal submissions. I would like to explain the situation briefly one last time before you.
I was banned 5 months ago for Helping Cheater. At first, I was told that I was banned based on a 1-minute video because I was in the same voice channel as a player who was cheating. To clarify the situation, I provided additional evidence and the full version of the video to Mr. Floki.
After the review, I was informed that my punishment would remain because I did not directly report these two IDs to the administration. I understand why this created suspicion, and I accept that I should have handled the situation better.
However, I would like to explain that I never knowingly helped ID 144757 and ID 156441. At that time, I did not even know for certain that they were cheating. I only became suspicious and informed my deputy and my leader so that action could be taken if necessary. My intention was never to protect or support someone who was breaking the rules.
In the full version of the video, it can even be seen that I had an argument in Turkish in voice chat with the player I was accused of helping (ID 144757). If needed, I can also provide my DMs with these players. These messages would show that I was not coordinating with them or helping them in any way.
I now understand that reporting directly to the administration would have been the better decision, and if I am given another chance, I will report any future suspicions directly to the admin team without hesitation.
I have always tried to play fairly and contribute positively to the server. I understand that my actions may have created concerns; however, I sincerely believe that I never intentionally helped a cheater and that my mistake was in how I handled my suspicions, not in supporting cheating.
Regardless of the outcome, I respect your decision, but I sincerely ask for my case to be reconsidered and for one final chance.
Respectfully,
