Dear Administration
I was banned for ER 1.7 based on Forum Report #1371135, and I would like to respectfully request a reconsideration of my case.
The report was submitted on June 26, 2026, yet I was not banned until July 1, 2026. According to the server rules, a report is only valid for 48 hours. Since my ban was issued 5 days after the report was created, I believe this exceeds the report's validity period.
In addition, I was given only 12 hours to submit my POV. Unfortunately, those 12 hours completely overlapped with the time I was offline due to my work schedule and sleeping hours. I also did not receive any notification informing me that I had been requested to provide evidence.
Furthermore, two different administrators handled the same report. I had already prepared my POV on June 26, 2026, but I never received any request or message from an administrator asking me to submit it. After five days without any communication or updates, I was unexpectedly banned.
I have now submitted my POV and evidence from June 26, 2026. I have been completely honest throughout this process and have nothing to hide. I sincerely believe I was not given a fair opportunity to present my evidence before the punishment was issued.
For these reasons, I kindly ask the administration to review my case once again and reconsider the decision. I would greatly appreciate being unbanned.
