1.The Families holds the most iconic ghetto culture on the server. My primary goal is to unite the green color under a strong, organized leadership, restore our absolute dominance in the Chamberlain Hills and Davis areas, and make this gang a respected powerhouse again.
2. I don't just want to lead a group of shooters; I want to build a highly disciplined brotherhood. By implementing a strict internal hierarchy and clear communication, I will ensure that every rank operates efficiently and maintains high activity across all time zones.

To achieve an elite standard of roleplay, I will completely overhaul our recruitment process by introducing strict scenario-based interviews to ensure new members understand proper ghetto roleplay ethics. I will enforce a zero-tolerance policy against OOC talking, toxicity, and rule violations, backed by an internal disciplinary system. Furthermore, I will balance the competitive shooting aspect with immersive street-level roleplay—such as internal gang councils, lowrider car meets, and diplomatic negotiations with rivals—ensuring The Families sets a benchmark for high-quality roleplay on the server.
