I want to maintain a professional and well-organized Federal investigation Bureau mainly focusing on what we stand for, a branch of the department of justice to work hand in hand with Gov and all other orgs to ensure justice be served in our city.
2.Having a large experience in all organizations have though me a lot there-fore am ready to take the challenge of reshaping and teaching all federal agents the amazing work we could all do in unity. I want to contribute to the growth and success of FIB by helping organize activities, improving collaboration, and ensuring that members benefit from being part of the organization. As a leader, I would have the opportunity to influence positive changes and support others.

To improve the RP level in the FIB, I would focus on structure, discipline, and realism. First, I’d establish a clear chain of command and divide the organization into departments so every agent has a defined role. Second, I’d enforce proper procedures like case building, evidence handling, and warrants to avoid rushed or unrealistic actions. Third, I’d introduce regular training and briefings to teach high-quality RP standards and keep everyone consistent.
