The organization that is conducting the event: SAHP
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
LEOs are to transport a witness to SAHP HQ, where he will be held before his court date for his safety. They will move him from his home deep in the ghetto all the way to SAHP HQ, meanwhile gangs have intel of the escort and are planning to intercept and kill the witness before he can spill all of the information about their criminal activities.
Gangs must kill the witness, they can do this at any point during the escort, so in ghetto, city or on the highway. If LEOs manage to get him to the HQ and gangs are still alive they must protect the SAHP HQ from the gangs. (So gangs can just go straight to SAHP HQ and wait for LEOs to arrive and take them out there, there is no winner until only 1 side is left standing OR if the witness is killed).
If gangs manage to kill all LEOs they can give the witness demands to leave the armored vehicle (and ofcourse he must listen as he is alone)
Role of Each Organization Involved: LEOs transport witness and protect until all gangs are eliminated. Gangs - kill witness
Other organizations involved: LEOs and Gangs 10/10 so 10 people each side, state/crime
Admin Requirements: Spawn cars, give weapons and give update on LEO movements to gangs
Weapons: Carbine AR + Armor
Cars: Gangs - Jugulars. LEOs - Chargers + a Police transport van
Rules: No juice, no personal weapons, no drugs
How is the event won? Witness killed, or gangs dead.
Prize for the winner: $500.000 (distributed to all left standing)
