Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Hi, I previously applied for FIB leadership, but it was sadly rejected due to AI created. Nevertheless, I learned from my error, thus I'm applying again for the FIB Director post.
1. My own Grand RP experience
I've been playing Grand RP for a long time, first in En1 and now in En3, where I've served as Deputy Governor twice and Undersheriff as well. Even though I've been a deputy in a gang, I definitely deserve to be a leader, and I can assure you that I will be the best and most active FIB leader with an amazing FIB Team.
2. The history of FIB
I don't mean to offend anyone, but I have personally noticed that the previous terms in en3 weren't very active. However, as I mentioned earlier, I can guarantee that I will bring the most active GRP FIB period, which will demonstrate participation in both events and RP scenarios.
In summary, RP will undoubtedly be improved throughout my tenure, allowing gamers and all members to enjoy RP and make amazing memories that they will never forget!
3. Professionalism and Ethics
The most crucial thing, in my opinion, is that FIB needs to have serious and professional employees in the ORG for the duration of the term. I personally detest ORG hopers who switch organizations for rank, which won't happen during my FIB term. I will ensure that there is no conflict in the ORG between the employee and the ORGs in essence, I would provide a welcoming and informed environment where players would want to participate and support FIB and me for the sake of this project.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
My personal recommendation for enhancing RP would be to organize IC and PR events during my FIB term. As we've all seen, FIB doesn't host any PR or IC events instead, they only concentrate on their gang raids. However, I would like to work with LI and EMS to organize some fresh, entertaining IC events that will differ from one another.
Finally, I would say that the departmental system will stay the same because the RP in this FIB area is flawless and well-organized, but I will have my own Chain of Command, which I enjoy.
