Dear Admin Team,
I am writing this to sincerely apologize and appeal my recent ban for failing to provide my POV for the Cayo Perico event. I completely understand and accept that it is my responsibility to provide footage, and I take full accountability for what happened.
When the POV was requested, my game crashed and the video file became severely corrupted. Because of the strict 6 hour time limit, I wasn't able to fix it in time. However, I didn't give up. Over the next two days, I did everything I could, even spending my own money on recovery software to retrieve the footage because this situation was genuinely stressing me and my family out.
I have finally managed to recover the video. If you look at the very end of the footage, you can see the frames freeze completely right before I signed out to restart, which caused the crash and the initial corruption.
I sincerely apologize for the delay and the trouble caused. I completely respect your rules, but I kindly ask for a little lenience from the team. Please give me just one chance to have this recovered video reviewed.
