Considering their main account ID is 226404, it is highly unusual and suspicious for them to be playing on such a low ID account. If you throughly investigate this person's connection and registration logs I believe you will find that they own and operate more than two accounts, which violates the multiple accounts policy. 5. As seen in the video, the owner of the POV with ID number 227426 recognizes and doesn't report the 74k ID that's using gr1.4. However, when this account is accessed, you can see that they react with surprise on Discord but don't file a complaint.

First of all, the video recording belongs to me; I do not know how the person who posted it on the forum obtained it.
My ID is 227426. Yes, I saw the person with ID 74k at the hospital that day and thought he looked like a friend of mine, so I said to him, "Oh, is that you, Oxy?" He didn't reply, and since I wasn't convinced he was actually my friend, I didn't file a report.

In short, I wasn't certain that the person with ID 74k was indeed my friend—otherwise, I would have filed a report. A second reason for not filing a report is that I am not very active on the forums; furthermore, as I mentioned, it would have seemed a bit absurd to report someone simply because their voice sounded familiar.
