First i will introduce myself: I am teddy infinity, also former leader of EMS.
I did served terms on the next periods:
09/03/2022 - 09/04/2022

I have served 60 days as chief, what liked to do.
Leading the backbone of the city isnt easy, but with a good HC team behind you, it makes that so much easier.
Acccording to the rules that are been told me for taking the leadership back over is that there must be 6 months between it before i can take over again,
but this is worth a try.
A history in my career:
I have been working for over 10 months in EMS. Which i still like to work in, cause RP will stay the important thing.
EMS is all about working as a team and only then the leader can succeed their mission and goals
We are treating all employees like family, that what we are and will going for that this will stay this way.
I have done a lot of parcours, have walked over lots of positions. If it was not thanks to the support of the amazing people in EMS,
i can assure: i wouldnt stand here and had not lots of experience and above that; i was never become a leader before.
Leaders are talking to their employees and listen what they have to say/what they have to suggest.
They will looking a solution for that problem/suggestions. That means:
*They will not only say what you must do/not must do, but let also some free room opinions.
*Putting communication on the first place cause this is the essential key to a succeeded term for both sides.
*Making the organization better using the suggestions and the problems that are occurring.
*Making changes if necessary, based on the suggestions.
*Being innovative and always be steps ahead to let grow the org.
We have lots of problems that needs to be resolved, for example the shortage of FTOs in the training Department.
Lots of trainees are waiting a long time untill they get their training, cause the shortage of FTOs and this will be the biggest issue that i will taking care of.

At the time we have lots of employees in the org that doesnt come on duty or being active when there is a request to do.
I will solve this problem with setting up new rules about this.
