I want to become leader of Bloods because I have good experience in crime RP and I understand how an organization should be managed properly. I know how to keep structure, activity, and discipline inside a gang, which is important for success.
Another reason is that I enjoy leading people and working as a team. I can stay calm in stressful situations and make fair decisions that benefit the organization as a whole.
My final reason is that I want to improve Bloods and make it more active, organized, and respected in the city while keeping good and realistic roleplay.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would improve RP by making sure every member gets proper training before joining fully, so they understand rules, fear RP, and communication.
I would also keep the organization active with daily events, planned operations, and structured roleplay instead of random actions.
Discipline is also important, so I would remove inactive or toxic members and replace them with active and serious players.
Finally, I would focus on realistic interactions with other organizations to improve overall RP quality on the server.

My main goal is to make Bloods one of the most active and organized gangs on the server. I want to build a strong structure where members are disciplined, active, and work together as a team.
I also aim to improve the overall roleplay quality by focusing on realistic criminal RP, proper communication, and well-planned activities.
Another goal is to make Bloods respected and feared in the city, not just because of strength, but because of professionalism and good leadership.
