Please do not look at this complaint as an insult to the administration or the project, but rather as honest advice and feedback to save the server.
Dear Lebron,
I am writing this complaint to formally report a critical issue regarding the absolute lack of admin activity and their shocking negligence towards cheaters on the Grand RolePlay RS server. The current state of the server has become unplayable due to the administration's complete failure to enforce basic rules.
Here are the main issues that require your immediate intervention:
1. In-Game Tickets Completely Ignored: Admin responsiveness in-game is non-existent. Tickets are routinely left unanswered for hours. This is completely unacceptable, especially now when the player count on the RS server has dropped from 1,000 to just 500. Even with half the player base and significantly less work, the staff still cannot be bothered to open tickets and help the players.
2.Total Ignorance Towards Cheaters: The admin team shows zero urgency when it comes to dealing with cheaters. It is a regular occurrence that a blatant cheater joins events, shoots through walls, and uses GodMode. Instead of getting an immediate ban, these players are allowed to play through 3 or 4 consecutive events, ruining the game for everyone while admins do absolutely nothing. It has gotten so bad that even cheaters from other countries openly talk about and laugh at how the RS server is a safe haven and a gathering pool for cheaters, because they know they can cheat here without getting banned.
3.Ridiculous Forum Decisions: The situation on the forum is deeply concerning. Admins are consistently rejecting reports containing clear and undeniable proof of cheating. Even when a POV video shows absolute and obvious cheats, the RS admins close the complaints with poor excuses, basically protecting individuals who are destroying the server.
It is highly obvious that this exact lack of admin activity, combined with their protection of cheaters, is the main reason why the RS server has suffered such a massive drop in players. Honest and loyal community members are leaving the server because they refuse to play in an environment where rule-breakers thrive and the administration completely ignores their duty.
The local management and high command of the RS server are failing completely. We urgently request you to review the actions and decision-making of the RS admin team, check their activity logs, and hold them accountable for this catastrophic level of negligence before the server dies out completely.
