1. Why do you want to become an admin?
Since I joined GrandRP I've seen how hard the developers and staff work to make it a great place to roleplay. I'm really thankful for the chance to be considered for the Administration Team. I'd be proud to help the community thats given me so much.
A good administrator should be fair, respectful and easy to talk to while making sure everyone follows the rules. In my life I'm studying to be a police officer, which has taught me to be responsible, disciplined and fair. I think these qualities would help me do a job as an administrator.
To me GrandRP is more than a game server. It's a community of people. The developers create it the players make it fun. The administrators help keep everything running smoothly. I want to be part of that, by helping players keeping things positive and making sure the server keeps growing and getting better. GrandRP is a community and I want to help it stay that way.

My intelligence helps me analyze situations carefully, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively. 3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
I have a problem with being too hard, on myself. When I do something I think about it afterwards. Wonder if I could have done it better. This sometimes makes me think about it much but it also helps me to learn from what I did and try to do better next time. I like to help people. I often take on a lot of work but I am getting better at making sure I do not take on too much. I want to be able to help others without getting too stressed out. My self-criticism is something I'm aware of and I am working on it. I am trying to learn from my experiences and use them to improve myself.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Short answer: Yes
Long answer: I am ready to leave my roleplaying life if I get the chance to become an admin. I have had a time roleplaying. I have had some amazing experiences with the community.. I know that being an admin is a big job that requires me to be professional, fair and dedicated. My main goal would change from making my roleplay stories to making sure every player has a good time. I am okay with that because I think helping the server and the community is more important. I believe that helping the server and the community is a responsibility and I am willing to do my best to make sure everything runs smoothly. I am committed to doing a job as an admin, for the server and the community.
5. Will you be ready to sell your businesses
Yes. I am very aware that becoming an admin also means giving up some things. I am fully prepared.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
I do not have any problems in my life that would stop me from being active now. My daily routine is pretty regular. I can always make time to do what I need to do as an administrator. I know that being an administrator means I have to be responsible, professional and active all the time and I am ready to do that. If something unexpected comes up in my life on I will let the management team know ahead of time so they are aware of what is going on and I will make sure my work, as an administrator does not get affected without them knowing.
