Dear Admin, as you can see, this guy was wanted by the state. When I attempted to arrest him, the moment he saw me, he ran into his house and did CL. After that, I waited in front of his house. As you can see, he later tried to escape by car. I blocked the engine of the vehicle, and he committed CL again. So he did it twice.
